Are MokiTVs returnable?
Due to MokiTV’s custom nature, all sales are final, and returns are not accepted. Please confirm all details before placing your order.
What if my MokiTV arrives damaged?
If your MokiTV arrives damaged, by the carrier, note all damage on the bill of laiding along with pictures. If this is not followed damage will not be replaced or repaired. Contact our support team immediately with photos of the damage. All shipments are fully insured; we will assist with a replacement or insurance claim only if process has been followed.
Warranty Information
What does the MokiTV warranty cover?
MokiTV comes with a standard 1-year warranty for parts. TVs have their own warranty coverage and must be returned directly to the TV manufacturer. This is not covered under the MokiTV warranty.
- Component Defects: Includes LEDs, power supplies, control systems and other electronics due to manufacturing flaws or normal wear.
- Workmanship: Ensures proper assembly and installation, free from defective workmanship.
- Parts Warranty & Repair: Defective components will be repaired or replaced during the warranty period.
Who is responsible for shipping costs on warranty claims?
Customers are responsible for shipping defective parts to our repair facility. We cover the shipping cost for repaired or replacement parts back to the customer.
How long is the warranty valid?
Our standard warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase. You do have an option to purchase a five-year overall warranty. Please speak with an associate for pricing.
