Can I modify or cancel my order?

Order modifications or cancellations may be possible, but only if manufacturing has not yet begun. For assistance, contact our support team immediately at 715-842-0402.

Who is responsible for shipping costs on warranty claims?

Customers are responsible for shipping defective parts to our repair facility. Once repaired or replaced, we will cover the cost of return shipping to the customer.
