Installation Manager

Job Title: Installation Manager

Company Overview: We are a dynamic and fast-growing sign manufacturing company based in Wisconsin, specializing in providing high-quality signage solutions to businesses. Our commitment to innovation, customer satisfaction, and excellence has allowed us to establish a strong presence in the Midwest signage industry.

Job Description:
As the Installation Manager, you will oversee our installation, service, and fleet operations, ensuring DOT compliance and efficient workflows. You’ll be integral to the seamless operation of Graphic House, Inc.’s installations and services.

Key Responsibilities:

DOT Compliance:

  • Ensure DOT regulation compliance
  • Manage truck registrations, IFTA reporting, driver files, and medical card renewals
  • Maintain licenses, including HVUT, UCR, and DNR, and oversee driver logs

 

Installations:

  • Schedule teams and routes, prepare install packs, and coordinate with project managers, customers, and subcontractors
  • Handle invoicing, utility locates, concrete orders, and loading plans
  • Conduct site visits and oversee job logistics

 

Services:

  • Plan and schedule services, communicate promptly with teams, and maintain service standards

 

Fleet Management:

  • Schedule inspections and maintenance; collaborate with mechanics
  • Prioritize repairs, maintain records, and manage tool assignments

 

Job Studies and Personnel Management:

  • Prepare monthly reports and review with management; calculate and present employee bonuses
  • Lead hiring, training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions

Schedule:

  • Full Time, Monday to Friday (Day Shift)

 

Salary:

$70,000 – $75,000 per year

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing
  • Strong DOT regulation knowledge and organizational skills
  • Effective communication, leadership abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license with ability to travel as needed
  • A CDL license will be required upon hire if not already obtained.

 

Schedule: Full Time

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • This role includes occasional travel with overnight stays

 

Salary:  70,000 – 75,000 per year

Sales Executive – Wisconsin, Minnesota & Illinois Territories Available

Sales Executive

Graphic House Inc., an industry leading sign manufacturing firm, is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to increase revenue and profit growth. You will work closely with the team on strategic prospective customers to help define key business needs, and to recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales in your assigned area. This role involves day travel and proactive prospecting efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with prospective clients in your designated area
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies to capitalize on new opportunities
  • Address and resolve customer challenges promptly, escalating issues as necessary
  • Identify and pursue new sales prospects through various channels, including lead follow-up, e-commerce platforms, outbound calls, emails and prospecting
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the signage manufacturing, installation, and service processes

 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Valid Driver’s License and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record
  • Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales quotas
  • Proficient in phone communication, with experience handling numerous calls weekly
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attentive listener with a focus on understanding client needs
  • Willingness to travel, with minimal overnight stays
  • Experience with on the road prospecting
